Our Daughter is Having A Baby!

OUR DAUGHTER . . .
ELIZABETH (ALLEN) MYERS
WEEK 19
Your baby weighs about 8 1/2 ounces,
and measures 6 inches, head to bottom.
She is about the size of a large heirloom tomato.

The hair on her scalp is sprouting.
This is a crucial time for sensory development:
Your baby's brain is designating specialized areas
for smell, taste, hearing, vision, and touch.
Some research suggests that
she may be able to hear your voice now,
so don't be shy about reading aloud,
talking to her, or singing a happy tune
if the mood strikes you.

3 WELLS

LAST SUNDAY CHURCH NOTES

WELL, WELL, WELL
Genesis 26:19-22

Also Isaac's servants dug in the valley,
and found a well of running water there.

But the herdsmen of Gerar quarreled with Isaac's herdsmen,
saying "The water is ours."

So he called the name of the well Esek (quarrel),
because they quarreled with him.

Then they dug another well and they quarreled over that one also.
So he called its name Sitnah (enmity).

And he moved from there and dug another well,
and they did not quarrel over it.

So he called its name Rehoboth (spaciousness),
because he said, "For now the LORD has made room for us,
and we shall be fruitful in the land."

A WELL
is a symbol of God's blessings...

Even though Isaac had already received God's blessings,

"I will bless you and multiply your descendants

for my servant Abraham's sake," (Gen. 26:24)

He still had to dig the wells.

GOD'S PROMISES ARE TRUE...

But we still have to dig the wells.
